Please use a Tri-Color Order Bag (supplied by us). The Cover Panel describes every part of your order. Simply fill in the following information:
Please Do Not Mix rolls of film, negatives, digital images, or different sizes and types of film in the same Order Bag. Submit each as an individual order in it's own Order Bag.
Each type of order is processed within Tri-Color in separate departments. If a mixed order is submitted to us all together in one Order Bag, we will have to separate the order.
Separating your orders prior to submitting them allows us to process your orders smoothly and efficiently.

You can send us your order, complete with the original Order Bag, (supplied by us) with all negatives or files, and instructions for printing. Use any shipment method that works well for you, and upon completion we will ship order your back to you via UPS Ground Service. Rush shipping is available.

Sub-Standard Negatives or Files: To assure the best results: we recommend that you submit negatives and digital files that fall within "Normal Exposure and Color Standards". Negatives and files submitted outside these parameters will be processed and printed to the best quality that our experience and state-of-the-art equipment can provide, with the understanding that they may fall short of "Normal acceptable professional standards." However, even with these capabilities, certain negatives and digital files have a limitation to their enhancement.
All orders received in the lab after 2pm are processed as though received on the following working day. Our normal lab hours are: Daily - Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
We have tried to anticipate your needs and questions. If you have any further questions about special services, or prices not listed on our website or in our price lists, we will be happy to give you additional information.
Rush Service is available for those times when deadlines must be met. RUSH ORDERS must be clearly marked "RUSH" with instructions included, and the date you will need the order delivered to you. Please add to the order the percentage of rush.
Rush Orders on or after December 1st must be approved by Tri-Color prior to processing. Without approval the order will automatically enter our normal workflow.
Every effort will be made to expedite these orders. However, due to variations in workload, this service may not always be available, particularly in months of November and December. Please contact us before you send a Rush Order.
Orders simply marked "ASAP" without specific deadline information will also enter the normal workflow.
Please be specific with your RUSH ORDER.
Tri-Color has installed a state-of-the-art tracking system that enables us to provide you with pertinent information regarding your orders in the lab. When making inquiries, please have your Order Number and Customer Name available.
Tri-Color ships to customers via UPS Ground. If you prefer express or rush service by your preferred shipper, please inform us. Your shipped order will be billed to you at cost.
