What is a gallery wrap?
Gallery wrapping is the process of wrapping the print around a stretcher frame so that the image appears not only on the front of the frame, but the sides as well. Gallery wrapping is a great way to finish a photographic or Giclée print without the need for custom framing.
We use a revolutionary new method to create high quality gallery wrapped prints not only from canvas prints, but from photographic prints as well. If you would like a canvas print gallery wrapped, please let us know in the order notes, otherwise the print will be made on photographic stock. The resulting finished product is stretched tight as a drum for a clean, professional look without needing to be matted or framed. Our gallery wrap prints are ready to hang straight on your wall as soon as you get them home.
When submitting an image for gallery wrapping,
keep in mind that we need a 2 inch border for wrapping.
For a 10x10 gallery wrap, the file you send us needs to be 14x14, the face size will be 10x10 and each side has an extra 2 inches for wrapping.
When preparing your image, make sure important image elements are within the face size of the image.

Ordering a Gallery Wrap Print
You always want to have the most current version of LabPrints Digital Studio.To access these free gallery wrap templates, load your project to the light table,
then select the "Digital Products" tab.
In the lower left corner you will see the "Templates" tab, with that tab selected, click the "Lab Digital Products" drop down box and select "Gallery Wraps" from the list of products. Choose the gallery wrap size you would like to order, the "face size," either horizontal or vertical.
Now select the "Images" tab in the lower left corner, drag and drop your image onto the gallery wrap template for a preview of the face and side views of the wrapped print. To adjust the crop, double-click the image in the template.
