Tri-Color Digital Imaging Services

Digital Proofing

Digital proofing is for the first submission of digital camera files to be printed. It is intended for large numbers of images, such as a wedding or other special event.

Each image is carefully corrected for color and density unless you request otherwise. Proofing rates are available for a minimum of 25 individual images, jobs with fewer than 25 unique images will be charged the regular machine print prices.

You must supply images on a CD or upload them via LabPrints Digital Studio.
Each file must be formatted properly to the requested proof size. The names of your files are printed clearly on the back of each proof in order to help you keep them organized. File names need to be no longer than 15 characters, and must follow our naming requirments.

We try to keep digital orders in our system for at least 6 months, so if reprints are needed, you can call us with the order number (LP number) and we can reprint the images for you.
Future reprints of these proofs will be billed at the machine print prices.

DVD

We suggest that you order a DVD of your color corrected images for use in ordering final prints, we will try to archive your images for up to 6 months (as space allows) but we cannot gaurantee the availability of those files.

Color Correction

1. Ready to Print / No Color Correction (NCC)

   This product is for studios whoose monitors are calibrated and who want full control of their own color correction and cropping. You can submit files for proofing "as-is," you are responsible for correcting the color, density and contrast of the images.
   There will be no remakes for as-is proofing.

2. Color Corrected (CC)

   Each image will be individually adjusted for color and density.
   This is NOT a "batch adjustment."
