Easily create original and unique composites.
Hundreds of templates to use, or design your own!
An add-on tool to LabPrints Digital Studio, LP Composite Designer is the easiest and fastest way to create beautiful and unique composites. Composites can be designed for use in flush albums, greeting cards, calendars, magazine covers or custom vignettes.
There are over 400 templates included, and you can even make your own masks in an external editor. Composite designer features an eye dropper tool for perfectly matching colors, effects for masks, drop shadows and borders, and rulers for guidance and precise alignment. Add text using any font on your computer.
The LabPrints Composite Designer gives you the freedom to add, remove, resize, tilt, rotate and move image layers as you are designing your composite.
The main advantage of the LabPrints Composite Designer is it's open-node architecture. When you send us your composite, we receive the individual images and can color correct them for you. When creating a traditional flattened composite using a program like Photoshop, the only corrections that can be made are global corrections which change the overall color.
When you install LabPrints Digital Studio, the Composite Designer is free to try for 30 days.
The video below will explain backing up and managing your projects, this is especially helpful when upgrading and moving to a new computer.

Our fine art printing process uses pigment based inks. Pigment printing processes have been utilized since the middle of the 19th century. The image stability of pigment printing is superior to that of any other method of printing. Pigment inks excel in permanence. A dye is molecularly soluble in its vehicle, but pigment is not. Pigment particles tend to be large enough to embed into the receiving substrate making them water-resistant. The particle nature of pigment inks ensures their archival superiority. A particle of pigment is less susceptible to destructive environmental elements than a dye molecule.
